


WHAT'S THE TDF BOOTCAMP?
A group of people who train together over a 6 week period following a carefully structured training programme to maximise results. Our athletes use the latest Hi-tech equipment, used by world class athletes to monitor performance. Data is shared with them, so you know when to push to maximise results.
