GLUTES &ABS This very very popular class focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift & shape your glutes. Build lower body lean muscle & add functional strength with this resistance band led workout. Open to males and female! Every Sunday at 10am.
BOXERCISE Boxercise is a class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Burning some calories in a fun environment.n you into a machine!! Every Sunday at 10am.
